Foxcroft Friends Kick-off!

Dear Friends,

Happy Fall! I hope this season is a return to close to normal for you and your families.

Your Foxcroft Friends board has been planning a busy year, continuing many of last

year’s activities and looking at other ways we can augment our neighborhood’s social

calendar.

We have two dates for Food Truck Fridays this fall, plus (tentatively) a morning coffee,

and we have trucks on hold for spring dates, too. Your neighbors are already working

on the annual Halloween Party, the Carols and Carriages and a spring Egg Hunt as well

as reviving the annual adult Holiday Party.

Current schedule of events:

Friday, September 16: Tin Kitchen on Fromby Court

Friday, September 23: Detour Coffee, waiting confirmation

Friday, October 14: Potbelly BBQ Truck on Meade Court

Monday, October 31: Halloween Party at Foxcroft Hills Club parking lot

Friday, December 2: Adult Holiday Party, location tbd

Sunday, December 18: Carols and Carriages

We can use your help too – please come to events! And please reach out if you would

like to be more involved. We have other activities that need a leader, and Board

positions that are opening.

We will continue to use our web site as the main point of contact, so please register if

you haven’t already, and check it often. And, we need to clean it up, so if you have

information there, offering or requesting babysitting, for example, or leading a small

group, please update.

For another year, we will not be charging family dues fee and instead charging per

event. We’ll continue to evaluate whether this is a sustainable model.

I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at our upcoming events.
